By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book with us.

"Konnect Studios", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Konnect Studios, Level 1, 111 Phillips St, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia. "You" refers to the person or business using this site or booking our services.

You may browse this site, request quotes and contact us through it for your own genuine business or personal enquiries. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or bulk-download its content, or use it to send unsolicited or misleading communications.

Pricing, availability, packages and portfolio examples shown on this site are indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm a booking in writing. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

A quote is an estimate based on the services you have selected and is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. A booking is confirmed only once Konnect Studios has confirmed your date and time in writing. Studio dates are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and are not held until confirmed.

Full payment of the quoted amount is due on the day of the shoot and is collected once the session has finished. No deposit is required to hold your date once your booking is confirmed. Payments are made by EFT (electronic funds transfer) or by card on our POS terminal at the studio. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Editing and publishing work begins only after payment has been received.

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice, and no-shows on the day, will be charged at 50% of the booked session fee to cover the reserved studio time and crew.

Booked hours include setup, recording and pack-down. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time; a late arrival does not extend the booked session. Time beyond your booking is billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate and is subject to studio availability.

Edited deliverables are supplied digitally within the timeframe agreed for your package, counted from the shoot date. Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable; further revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately. Raw footage is retained for 30 days after delivery and can be supplied on request.

You are responsible for your guests, your session content, and for holding the rights to any third-party material you supply, including music, logos and footage. You confirm that everyone appearing in the recording has consented to being recorded and to the intended use of the content.

Ownership of the final delivered content passes to you once payment has been received in full. Konnect Studios may use short excerpts, stills or behind-the-scenes material for its own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Everything else on this website — including its text, layout, photography, video, logos and brand names — remains the property of Konnect Studios or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Studio equipment is operated by Konnect Studios crew unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the studio or its equipment caused by you or your guests. Water is the only drink allowed in the recording space — no other drinks and no food. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the studio.

If a session cannot proceed due to equipment failure, illness or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will reschedule it at the earliest available date or refund any payment made for the affected session. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The details you provide are used only to prepare your quote, manage your booking and deliver your content. Content recorded at the studio will also be shared on Konnect Studios' own social media pages, subject to any separate consent you have given or withheld. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sasi@konnectstudios.com.au.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you confirm a booking is the version that applies to that booking. The date this page was last updated is shown below.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
